01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how General Pro Fix Services Inc., doing business as Just Locksmith ("Just Locksmith," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information through this website and the $99 car key request form. By using this website or submitting the form, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

02Information we collect

Information you give us on the form:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your service address, chosen from the address suggestions
• Your vehicle's year, make, and model
• Anything else you choose to tell us

Information we collect when we provide service: proof of identity and vehicle ownership or authorization (as required by California locksmith law), service details, payment records, and receipts.

Information collected automatically when you visit: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, videos played, clicks (such as taps on our phone number), the website or ad that referred you, and advertising identifiers such as cookies and click IDs (for example, the "fbclid" value added by Facebook ads and UTM campaign tags).

• To respond to your request, confirm eligibility for the $99 offer, and call or text you about it
• To schedule and send a technician to your address
• To verify identity and vehicle ownership and keep records required by law
• To process payment, provide receipts, and honor our warranty
• To keep a record of your request in our customer management system (CRM)
• To measure which ads and pages bring in customers, and to improve the website
• To prevent fraud, theft, and misuse, and to comply with the law

04Calls and text messages

When you submit the form, you agree that we may call and text the phone number you provide about your request, including automated texts sent by our system (for example, an automatic confirmation or a reply sent outside business hours). These are service messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text-message consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with our messaging providers solely to deliver our messages to you.

05Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). When you visit, the Pixel may record events such as viewing the page, tapping our phone number, and submitting the form, together with technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and cookie or click identifiers. Meta uses this to help us measure our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta processes this information under its own Data Policy. We do not send your name, phone number, address, or vehicle details to Meta through the Pixel.

We also use Meta's Conversions API to report successful requests after our CRM confirms receipt, with the same event identifier as the browser event to avoid double counting. We share the page address, request time, browser details, IP address, and permitted advertising cookie identifiers with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and optimization. We do not share your name, phone number, service address, or vehicle details through this API. A request is not a completed sale, and no $99 sale value is assigned to it.

In regions requiring consent, advertising tracking stays off until you accept the regional advertising banner. If your region cannot be determined, we show the banner and keep tracking off until acceptance. Elsewhere ordinary advertising tracking is enabled unless you refuse or send an applicable opt-out signal, including Global Privacy Control. Use Cookie settings on any page to reject or change your advertising choice at any time. Opening settings alone does not change your choice. A refusal stops new browser and server advertising events; later acceptance does not replay blocked events.

We retain a first-party visitor reference, the advertising choice and region, the time of the choice, and the version of the notice and options presented. Each reported request references the applicable choice; later withdrawals are retained without erasing earlier consent evidence. Requesting service or accepting our Terms and Privacy Policy is not advertising consent.

Under California law, using advertising cookies like this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 9.

You can also limit this tracking by:

• blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings
• adjusting your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account
• using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we treat as an opt-out request for that browser

Standard browser "Do Not Track" signals do not have a uniform meaning, so we treat a GPC signal as your opt-out choice.

06Address suggestions and vehicle data

When you type your address, the website sends what you type to Apple Maps (Apple Inc.) to show address suggestions and to find the chosen address's map location. Apple's privacy policy applies to that processing. When you choose a vehicle year and make, the website asks the U.S. government's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) vehicle database for the list of models. No personal information is sent to NHTSA.

07How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

• with our technicians and staff who need it to complete your service
• with service providers that work for us, such as website hosting (Lovable), our CRM and database, phone and text-message providers, payment processors, Apple Maps, and Meta as described above
• when required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect people, property, or our legal rights, including reporting suspected vehicle theft or fraud
• as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy

08How long we keep information

We keep request and customer records as long as reasonably needed to provide service, honor our one-year warranty, keep the records California locksmith law requires, meet tax and accounting needs, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete or de-identify them. Requests that never become a job are deleted when they are no longer needed for follow-up or records.

09Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use, and share, and get a copy of it
• correct inaccurate personal information
• delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records the law requires us to keep)
• opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• limit the use of sensitive personal information (we only use it as needed to provide service)
• not be discriminated against for using these rights

We will verify your identity by matching information we already have, such as your phone number. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. We will respond within the time required by law.

Opt out of sharing: email us with the subject "Do Not Share My Personal Information," or use a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

You can also withdraw advertising consent immediately using Cookie settings on this website. For a previously submitted request, contact us using the details above so we can apply your request to associated records.

California's "Shine the Light" law lets California residents ask which businesses we disclosed personal information to for their direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

10Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted service providers, to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Children

This website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Links to other sites

Our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and other linked websites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on this website.
