01Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to this website, the $99 car key offer shown on it, and the request form on it. "Just Locksmith," "we," "us," and "our" mean General Pro Fix Services Inc., a California corporation doing business as Just Locksmith. "You" means the person visiting the site or submitting a request.

By submitting the request form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit the form and do not use this website.

Please read Section 14 (Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver) carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.

02Who we are

Just Locksmith is a mobile automotive locksmith based in Los Angeles, California, licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services as a locksmith company (License LCO8043). We cut and program car keys at the customer's vehicle.

03The $99 car key offer

The $99 price is a flat price for one standard replacement or spare car key for an eligible vehicle, cut and programmed at your vehicle within our service area.

For an eligible vehicle, the $99 price includes the key, cutting, programming, and the trip to your location. There is no trip fee, programming fee, or other add-on charge for the offered service. Sales tax is added only where required by law.

Eligibility. Not every vehicle, key type, or situation qualifies. Eligibility depends on the vehicle's make, model, year, key and immobilizer technology, the condition of the vehicle's locks and electronics, and whether the job can be completed with our standard equipment. Some keys, such as certain smart or proximity keys, some European and luxury models, keys that require dealer-only access, or vehicles with damaged or modified ignition or security systems, may not qualify for the $99 price.

No surprise charges. We confirm eligibility from the year, make, and model you give us and, where needed, at the vehicle before work begins. If your vehicle or request does not qualify for the $99 price, we will tell you the price before any work begins, and you may decline at no charge. We never perform additional chargeable work without your clear approval.

One offer per key unless we agree otherwise. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts. We may change or end the offer at any time, but the price we confirm to you for a booked job will be honored.

04Service requests and appointments

Submitting the form is a request for service. It is not a confirmed appointment and does not guarantee service. A job is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by phone or text.

Arrival times we give are estimates, not guarantees. Timing can be affected by traffic, weather, technician availability, job complexity, and other things outside our control. We do not promise any specific arrival time.

We may decline or stop a job when reasonably necessary for safety, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

05Proof of ownership and authorization

California law requires locksmiths to verify that the person requesting a car key has the right to it. Before we make a key, you must show valid photo ID and proof that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request a key for it, such as the registration, title, lease, or rental agreement, or a written authorization from the owner. We keep records of this as required by law.

You confirm that all information you give us is true and that you are legally authorized to request work on the vehicle. We may refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be verified, and we may report suspected fraud or theft to law enforcement.

06Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information about the vehicle, the key you need, and the service address, and tell us about any known problems with the vehicle's locks, ignition, battery, or electronics. You are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle at the service address.

07Key programming and technical risks

Programming a key communicates with the vehicle's immobilizer and security system. On some vehicles, adding a key requires erasing and re-adding existing keys, and keys not present during programming may stop working. When we expect this, we will tell you before we start.

Vehicles may have pre-existing, hidden, or aftermarket conditions (such as worn locks, weak batteries, or modified wiring) that can affect the result. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects we did not cause, or for problems caused by inaccurate information you gave us. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for damage caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

If we cannot complete the key, you do not pay for that key.

08Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, using the payment methods we tell you about when booking. You will receive a receipt. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

09One-year warranty

Keys we make come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of service. If a key we made stops working during that year because of a defect in the key or our cutting or programming, we will repair, reprogram, or replace it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover keys that are lost, stolen, broken, worn, exposed to water, or damaged by misuse; normal battery replacement for remotes; problems caused by the vehicle itself (such as its battery, ignition, locks, or electronics); or work done by anyone else on the key or the vehicle's security system after our service. To use the warranty, call or text us with your service date. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under law.

10Cancellations

You may cancel a request at any time before our technician arrives at no charge. If you cancel after we arrive, there is no charge unless we have already disclosed and you have agreed to a specific charge before dispatch.

11Text messages and calls

By submitting the form, you agree that Just Locksmith may call and text the phone number you provide about your request, including automated texts sent by our system (for example, an automatic confirmation or a reply sent outside business hours). These messages are about your request; they are not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can always call us instead. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will send marketing messages only if you separately agree to receive them.

12Customer videos and reviews

The videos on this site show real Just Locksmith customers and jobs. They reflect those customers' own experiences. Your price, timing, and result depend on your vehicle and situation and may differ. Faces and plates may be blurred for privacy. If you appear in a video and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as lost time, lost wages, towing, rental cars, or missed appointments; and (c) our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for fraud, willful injury, gross negligence, violation of law, or personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence.

14Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

Talk to us first. Most issues can be solved quickly. Before starting any claim, contact us at justlocksmithla@gmail.com or 818-463-7312 and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Just Locksmith agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, the $99 offer, our services, our communications with you (including calls and texts), or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or by video or phone if you prefer. We will pay the AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees above the amount you would pay to file in court, except where the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting a concern to a government agency, such as the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, or stops either party from seeking public injunctive relief in court where the law does not allow that relief to be waived.

Class action waiver. You and Just Locksmith may bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies.

30-day opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing justlocksmithla@gmail.com within 30 days of first submitting the form, with your name, phone number, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

15Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and by the Federal Arbitration Act for Section 14. Any claim that is not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

16Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from third-party claims caused by your knowingly false statements about vehicle ownership or authorization, or by your unlawful use of our website or services. This does not apply to losses caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

17Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not submit false requests, impersonate others, request access to vehicles you are not authorized to access, interfere with the website, or copy or reuse its content, logos, or videos without our written permission. The Just Locksmith name, logo, videos, and website content belong to General Pro Fix Services Inc.

18Third-party services

This website uses services from other companies, including website hosting, Apple Maps for address suggestions, a government vehicle database for vehicle models, Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement, and our customer management and messaging providers. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for websites we link to, such as our social media pages.

19Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Changes apply to requests submitted after they are posted. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for your use of this website; a written estimate, invoice, or work order for a specific job controls for that job if it conflicts with these Terms.
